Joe Hoagland

Joe Hoagland is TVA’s designated federal officer for both the Regional Energy Resource Council and the Regional Resource Stewardship Council. He ensures that proper public notice is given of all Council meetings, represents TVA at those meetings and ensures that the minutes and other Council records are available to the public.

Hoagland serves as TVA’s Vice President of Enterprise Relations and Innovation.

Hoagland joined TVA in 1993. He holds a B.S. in chemistry from Southern Utah University, a M.S. and Ph.D. in physical chemistry from Washington State University.
