U.S. Rep. Mark Green, the chair of the House Committee on Homeland Security and member of the House Committee on Foreign Affairs, will discuss his leadership journey and civil discourse at the federal level with a Q&A session at the Howard H. Baker Jr. Center for Public Policy. Green is an emergency room physician, business leader, former Tennessee state senator and decorated combat veteran whose most memorable mission was the capture of Saddam Hussein.
