Thursday, April 26 | 1:00 to 2:30 pm | Toyota Auditorium

Dr. Sadie Ryan is an Associate Professor of Medical Geography in the Department of Geography and in the Emerging Pathogens Institute at the University of Florida.

Planning for the future is an important goal in global health, however, connecting the science of predicting disease transmission under climate change with the tools needed by decision makers remains complicated. Maps provide a useful platform as a visual tool for communication, and I will describe some of the science and decision making I and collaborators are exploring to provide a picture of future vulnerability for large scale planning.
