Abstract: The Howard H. Baker Jr. Center for Public Policy at the University of Tennessee and the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars held a two-day conference in Washington, D.C. that explored the present and future roles of nuclear power in the global and domestic energy policy. Bringing together policy makers, experts, and industry representatives, this conference placed a specific emphasis on recent developments and future expectations for nuclear power.
