Vision 2020, Peace & Unity a New World Reality

His Holiness Sri Viswayogi

Co-sponsored by the Center for International Education and UT’s Ready for the World, His Holiness Sri Viswayogi Viswamjee Maharaj, will be visiting Knoxville, TN, on his 10th trip to the United States.  His Holiness is a Spiritual Humanist striving for Universal Integration and Peace, a Universal Yogi, and a powerhouse of divine energy. His Holiness hails from Guntur, India where He established a Mother and Child hospital to serve the poor and needy.  A 99’ high and 45’ in diameter architecturally and aesthetically wonderful edifice with a huge central dome called “Universal Integration and Peace” was constructed at Viswanagr.  The dome has a dove and pillar with four lions representing Vision, Truth, Character, Purity & Unity. The Universal Integration Pillar has eight entrances, each entrance representing a major religion in the world.

His Holiness is of the firm conviction that any attempt to reform society should begin at the level of the individual and the family.  In His message at the Youth conference at the United Nations, He asked every one to “Awake, Arise and Unite for Peace”.  He declared that “Unity is our Strength and Humanity is our life”.

He has been traveling across US spreading the need for “Unity and Peace” and met with authorities of the United States Institute of Peace.  He held discussions with directors at the United States Institute of Religious Freedom.  He met with CEO’s, Government leaders, Governors of states both in India and USA, Secretaries of State, Religious leaders, Doctors, Intellectuals, Professors of reputed Universities, student bodies, and interfaith organizations.
