Dr. Shikaki has a PhD in Poltical Science from Columbia University and is the founder and director of the Palestinian Center for Policy and Social Research. Dr. Shakaki will speak on Palestinian state building  including new leadership, reconciliation with Hamas, and the future of democracy.
