To schedule a tour, contact Gavin Luter at dluter@utk.edu. There are two touring options. Select the one that best suits your needs. When scheduling your tour, be sure to mention if there are specific activities you are interested in.
Guided Tour
Please schedule a guided tour at least 24 hours in advance and indicate how many are in your tour.
Unguided Tour
The museum is designed for self-guided tours and is open for self-guided tours anytime during business hours.
Classroom Space:
For teachers using the museum, class-room space is available. Class-rooms must be reserved and fill quickly. Both classroom formats can be divided into smaller rooms with a moveable partition. The larger classroom seats 62, or 31 in each room, and the smaller classroom seats 33, or 18 in one room and 15 in the other.
Bus Parking: The Baker Center can work with UT Parking Services to arrange a place for busses to park. Advanced notice is required, so it is important to schedule your tour at least one week in advance. For directions to the Baker Center, please click here.
