The Baker Center often partners with other UT entities or community groups to conduct public policy research that can lead to better governing practices. Recently, the Baker Center partnered with the Knox County One Question Committee under a generous grant provided by the Seven Islands Foundation to examine ways in which Knox County government could be run more efficiently. The Baker Center is pleased to assist groups seeking to research questions on topics ranging from Civic Engagement to Public Policy.
