Sen. George Mitchell, former Democratic Majority Leader from Maine, spoke to more than 250 at the Inaugural Baker Distinguished Lecture on Nov. 13, 2012 on the UT campus.  Sen. Mitchell praised Sen. Howard Baker for his leadership and legislative skills. He also praised Sen.
